About Us

Royal Little Sisters, Inc. established in 2019, is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation providing youth mentoring and empowerment. Our mission is to guide the personal and emotional growth of  young females ages 5 to 18 years old by facilitating educational modules and experiences that focuses on fostering character and leadership development, academic excellence, and community involvement.

Our objective is to assist with removing these systemic and institutional barriers that impact equity access and inclusion that hinders academic success and the development of leadership skills. We are committed to increasing the level of awareness and exposure to community resources through collaboration and partnerships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, individuals, and other cultural and educational institutions.  As a result of these collaborative efforts, we strive to accelerate, through strategic approaches, innovative ways to help prepare this generation of young females for a better and brighter future as competent and skilled citizens.
